A native of Northeastern Iowa, Pete Schaul has operated in the multifamily real estate space for more than three decades. Starting from the ground up, he has owned, operated, and managed multifamily properties while successfully leading numerous large-scale property transactions throughout his career.
Beyond real estate, Pete values time with his large extended family, enjoys occasional travel, and actively networks within the industry and local community.
